About Us
At La Combi, we bring authentic flavors to every event with our signature trompo al pastor and juicy, hand-trimmed, marinated asada. Our meats are carefully cleaned and prepared in-house, then cooked fresh to ensure quality and flavor in every bite. Each taco is served on handmade tortillas pressed fresh on-site, paired with fresh guacamole, salsas made from scratch, and all the classic toppings. Our food has earned us Best Taco at the Yakima Taco Festival two years in a row—delivering a taste that’s unforgettable and service that goes the extra mile.
